Upon entering Imogroup's offices in Thonon, we discover a welcoming sign where the reception is warm. As the Thonon and Evian agencies expand their services to include rental management, we met with David Jaillet, director of both agencies, and Anaïs Boyer, head of the rental management service.
Before discussing the innovative service you offer, can you tell us more about the Imogroup agencies in Thonon and Evian?
David Jaillet: “We have been present in the sector for over 25 years. In total, Imogroup has seven agencies in the Chablais and Genevois regions, including two in Thonon and Evian, which I manage. We have a team of about fifteen employees at the two sites, for whom establishing a trusting and close relationship with our clients is crucial. Once the rental starts, we are present on a daily basis, aiming to be as accessible as possible in case of questions or problems. Whether it’s accounting management, our intervention on minor damages, works, or the regularization of charges, rent reevaluation, assistance with tax declaration as well as a multitude of other tasks that we perform to guarantee excellent management of the property we manage. Rent default insurance or damage guarantee is also offered to owners.
At Imogroup, we guarantee rent payment and we also take care of recovering damages in case of degradation.
